Salespeople recruit salespeople

Build your own team.

At Sellvetic, you don’t only sell yourself. You can bring salespeople from your network, build your own sales force and earn a share of their deals.

  1. 1

    Recommend colleagues

Already with Sellvetic? Suggest salespeople from your network. We review recommended applications with priority.

  2. 2

    Bring your team

You have colleagues from previous sales teams? Bring them along and start in the projects together.

  3. 3

    Grow across several levels

When your people bring in salespeople of their own, your team keeps growing. Whoever built the team is at the top.

  4. 4

    Earn from your team

You receive a team commission on your team’s deals. The amount is set by the commission model of the respective project.

  5. 5

    Move up faster

Building your team counts towards your levels, all the way up to Diamond.

Example: Max Mustermann brings five colleagues, who in turn bring in people of their own.

You Level 1 Level 2 MM Max Mustermann Team lead Level 1 Level 2 MM Max Mustermann Team lead

Fair rules: Money is only made through real client business. There is no commission for recruiting alone, nobody pays to join, and every sales partner goes through our vetting. In projects that require a licence, only sales partners holding their own licence may work and earn.

Our standard

We are looking for the sales elite.

Our partners entrust us with their projects. That is why we only bring in salespeople we know and stand behind.

What you bring

  • Proven sales experience and real closing strength
  • Your own clients or a network that trusts you
  • Self-employment or the willingness to become self-employed
  • A clean background and openness to our KYC check
  • The ambition to look after clients well over the long term

What doesn’t fit us

  • Quick deals at the expense of clients
  • Recruiting people without any real client business
  • Looking for a fixed salary
  • Incomplete or embellished information in the application

KYC check

Why we want to know you well.

Before we bring you into a project, you go through our KYC process. It protects our partners, your clients and ultimately you as well.

  • Identity

Verification of your ID and your address.

  • Business activity

Proof of trade registration or company and, if a project requires it, the necessary registrations.

  • Background

Screening against sanctions and PEP lists and a plausibility check of your career.

  • Client profile

Which clients you look after and in which areas you have experience.

We use your information only for the vetting and support. We only pass it on to a project partner once you have agreed to a specific project.

Where we are heading

We want to become the sales force behind the best projects. From Switzerland, with Swiss quality.
  • Tens of thousands of sales partnersOur goal for the coming years: a platform with tens of thousands of vetted, active sales partners.
  • Only vetted projectsEvery project is vetted internally at Sellvetic before any sales partner hears about it.
  • Everyone in the right placeWe want to see each person’s strengths and deploy them where they make the biggest impact.
  • A home for salesA base for everyone who makes a living from selling and wants to grow.

How we vet projects

Everyone believes their project is the best – and that is a good thing. But our sales partners put their reputation on the line with their clients, so we vet projects at least as carefully as sales partners.

  • Company, governing bodies and beneficial owners (KYB)
  • Business model, product and evidence
  • Licences of the project partner and regulatory basis for distribution
  • Reputation and screening against sanctions and PEP lists
  • Commission model and sales materials

Terms

  • Onboarding fee: One-off, for vetting, legal preparation and admission to the portfolio.
  • Monthly retainer: For partner management, team building and ongoing support.
  • Individual: We agree on amount and scope for each project in the initial meeting.

FAQ

What salespeople often ask us.

Anything else? Write to us at partner@sellvetic.com.

What exactly is Sellvetic?

Sellvetic is the partner management of Trautvetter Suisse Group AG, based in Feusisberg (Schindellegi) in the canton of Schwyz. We vet projects of strategic partners and salespeople, bring both together and support the collaboration. We do not offer any products of our own.

Who is the contractual partner of my clients?

Always the respective project partner. Sellvetic does not enter into any business with end clients and does not accept any client funds.

How am I paid?

On a commission basis, according to the commission model of the respective project. You receive the amount, conditions and payout terms in writing before the project starts, so you know where you stand from day one.

Does admission cost me anything?

No. Application, KYC check and onboarding are free of charge for you.

Do I need a licence or authorisation?

That depends on the project and on the country in which you work. Some projects require a registration or licence – for example an entry in the register of client advisers under FinSA (FIDLEG) or in the register of insurance intermediaries under ISA (VAG) – others do not. We only bring sales partners into such projects who can prove they hold the required licence. This also applies to team commissions: anyone who wants to earn from regulated business of their team needs the appropriate licence themselves. You don’t need one for the application itself.

What is the KYC process?

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. We verify your identity, your business activity and your background before we bring you into a project. We only request the documents for this after the introductory call, not with the application.

Can I build my own team?

Yes. As an onboarded sales partner, you can recommend colleagues and build your own team across several levels. You receive a team commission on your team’s deals, provided the respective project allows for it. Every recommended sales partner still goes through our vetting, but is reviewed with priority.

Is this a multi-level marketing or pyramid scheme?

It is not a pyramid scheme. At Sellvetic, money is made exclusively through real deals with clients in the projects. There is no commission for recruiting alone, nobody pays to join and nobody has to buy anything. Team commission is only paid on actual client business of your team.

What happens when a project ends?

You remain onboarded at Sellvetic. Some projects run longer, some shorter. Your relationship manager suggests the next suitable project without you having to apply again.

Can I start alongside another job?

Yes, if your existing contract allows it. Please check beforehand whether you are bound by an exclusivity or non-compete clause.

Where do I need to live to apply?

Sellvetic is a Swiss partner programme for projects of Swiss partners. We review every application regardless of place of residence. Whether a collaboration is possible depends on whether there is a suitable project for you and your clients.

I have a project. Can Sellvetic build a sales team for it?

Yes, for selected projects. In the section for project partners you can submit your project for review. The process differs from the one for sales partners and includes a due diligence review.

Good salespeople deserve good projects.

privacy policy

Note: This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

As of: October 2026

In this privacy policy we explain which personal data we process in connection with the website sellvetic.com (including sellvetic.ch) and the Sellvetic partner programme, for what purposes we do so and what rights you have.

1. Controller

Trautvetter Suisse Group AG, Dorfstrasse 26, 8834 Schindellegi, Switzerland, UID CHE-417.204.984 (hereinafter “we”). For all data protection matters, you can reach us at partner@sellvetic.com with the subject “Data protection”.

2. Applicable law

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in an individual case, we additionally comply with its requirements. The legal bases mentioned below refer to the GDPR.

3. Hosting and visiting the website

The website is hosted by GoDaddy (GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC, USA, or its group companies). We have chosen a data centre in Europe for the servers. When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data that your browser transmits automatically: IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type and operating system (server log files). This is necessary to deliver the website and ensure its security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted automatically after a short period unless they are needed to investigate a security incident. We do not analyse them for marketing purposes.

4. No cookies, no tracking, no external content

This website does not set any cookies, does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising tools or social media plugins and does not load any content from third parties. Fonts, graphics and animations are part of the website itself. There is no connection to Google or other third-party providers. No information is stored on your device.

5. Application as a sales partner

When you apply, we process the information from the form: name, contact details, city of residence, country, year of birth, optionally your LinkedIn profile, information on your occupation, experience, expertise, registrations and licences, client segments, regions, networks, sales performance, team building and recommendation as well as your free texts. We use this information to review your application, to contact you and to prepare a collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We collect your year of birth to ensure that you are of legal age. Without the mandatory information, we cannot process the application.

Please do not enter any sensitive personal data in the free-text fields, for example about health, religion, political opinions or criminal proceedings, and no data about your clients.

6. Recommendations

If you state who recommended you, we process this name in order to attribute the recommendation. We only inform the recommending person whether you have been accepted. Anyone who recommends others may only pass on their data to us with their consent.

7. KYC check

If the introductory call leads to onboarding, we request proof of identity and business activity and screen your name against publicly available sanctions and PEP lists. This serves to prepare the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in protecting our project partners, their clients and ourselves against misuse, fraud and reputational damage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where sensitive personal data is processed in the process, this is done only to the extent necessary and with increased confidentiality. We will inform you separately about the procedure in advance.

8. Enquiries from project partners

For project enquiries, we process information about the company, the contact person and the project in order to review the enquiry, carry out a due diligence review and prepare a collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We treat this information confidentially.

9. Transmission of forms and email

When you submit a form, the email app on your device opens with a prepared message to partner@sellvetic.com, which you send yourself. The transmission therefore takes place via your own email provider. Our mailbox is operated via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. or Microsoft Corporation, USA), provided through GoDaddy. If you email us directly, we process your information in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Please note that, depending on your provider, emails may not be encrypted end to end.

10. Recipients and disclosure

Within our company, only those persons who need the data for the purposes stated have access to it, in particular the responsible relationship manager. We use technical service providers, namely for hosting (GoDaddy) and email (Microsoft 365). They process data exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

We only pass on a sales partner’s data to a project partner if the sales partner has expressly agreed to work on a specific project (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you are assigned to a team, the team lead receives the information required for support and commission statements, such as name, project and deals, provided you have agreed to this in the partner agreement. We do not pass on data of project partners to sales partners or other third parties without their consent. Data is only disclosed to authorities if we are legally obliged to do so. We do not sell any data.

11. Transfers abroad

We generally process data in Switzerland and in Europe. Our service providers GoDaddy and Microsoft are companies headquartered in, or with a parent company in, the USA, which is why access from the USA cannot be ruled out. In such cases we ensure adequate protection, in particular through the service provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. or Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or through standard contractual clauses recognised by the European Commission and the FDPIC (Art. 16 FADP, Art. 44 et seq. GDPR).

12. Retention period

13. No automated decisions

Decisions on applications, project enquiries and assignment to projects are made by people. We do not make any decisions based solely on automated processing within the meaning of Art. 21 FADP and Art. 22 GDPR.

14. Data security

The website is transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, in particular access restrictions and protected logins, to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

15. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability, and the right to withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, write to partner@sellvetic.com. We may request proof in order to verify your identity.

Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

16. Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Berne. If you are resident in the EU or EEA, you can also contact the data protection supervisory authority at your place of residence or work.

17. Minimum age

Our offer is aimed exclusively at adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data of minors.

18. Changes

We adapt this privacy policy when our data processing or the legal situation changes. The version published on this website at the time applies.

Legal notice

Note: This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

As of: October 2026

1. Scope

This notice applies to the use of the websites sellvetic.com and sellvetic.ch and to applications and enquiries submitted via this website. By using the website and submitting a form, you accept it.

The Sellvetic partner programme is aimed exclusively at companies and at persons who are self-employed or taking up self-employment (B2B), not at consumers.

2. Role of Sellvetic

Sellvetic is a brand of Trautvetter Suisse Group AG. Under this brand, the company is responsible exclusively for partner management: the selection and vetting of projects of strategic partners as well as the vetting, onboarding, assignment and support of independent sales partners.

Trautvetter Suisse Group AG is a non-regulated company. It does not offer any products of its own, is not a party to the contracts between end clients and project partners, does not enter into any business with end clients and does not accept client funds. It does not itself provide financial services within the meaning of FinSA (FIDLEG) or comparable foreign regulations, investment advice, asset management or insurance, credit or real estate brokerage.

3. Regulatory information

4. No offer, no advice

The content of this website serves exclusively to provide information about the partner programme. It is neither an offer nor a solicitation to acquire financial instruments, products or services and does not constitute investment, legal or tax advice.

5. No promises regarding income and commissions

Statements about commission models, earning opportunities and levels describe the programme in general terms and are not a promise of any specific income. Commissions are governed exclusively by the written agreements of the respective project. The benefits of the individual levels may differ depending on the project. There is no entitlement to a particular classification, to promotion to a level or to assignment to a particular project.

6. Applications and enquiries

An application or project enquiry creates neither an entitlement to admission nor a contractual relationship. We decide at our own discretion and may reject applications and enquiries without giving reasons. Response times stated on this website are targets that we aim for but do not guarantee. A collaboration is only established with a written agreement.

7. Independence of sales partners

Sales partners work independently, for their own account and without being bound by instructions; they determine their working hours, place of work and approach themselves. Admission to Sellvetic does not create an employment relationship or a partnership, agency or representation relationship with Trautvetter Suisse Group AG unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Sales partners are themselves responsible for holding the registrations, authorisations and licences required for their activity under the law of the place where they operate, for paying their taxes and social security contributions and for complying with existing contractual obligations such as non-compete or exclusivity clauses.

8. Project vetting

We vet projects carefully before admitting them. This vetting is carried out in Sellvetic’s own interest. It is not a guarantee, assurance or recommendation to sales partners, end clients or third parties with regard to the quality, legality, profitability or success of a project. Project partners are solely responsible for their products, services and information.

9. Project partners and fees

The admission of a project requires a successful review and a written agreement. Onboarding fees and monthly retainers only arise with this agreement and are governed exclusively by it. This does not include any guarantee of success, in particular with regard to revenue or a specific number of sales partners, unless expressly agreed in writing.

10. Recommendations and team building

Sales partners may recommend further sales partners and build teams. The following applies:

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for damage arising from the use or unavailability of this website or from reliance on its content. This does not apply to liability for unlawful intent and gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Trautvetter Suisse Group AG in Feusisberg, canton of Schwyz. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction remain reserved.

13. Final provision

Should any provision of this notice be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
